Agents Assurance

Evidence of what each agent did, scored, so that the answer to a hard question survives being checked by somebody who does not trust you.

The questions it answers

  • What did this agent do on the fourteenth, and what was it working from?
  • Did any agent act outside its limits — and can we prove the answer rather than assert it?
  • Is our approval still a judgement, or has it become a stamp?
  • Last month we changed a control. Did it work?
  • An auditor is in the building. What do we hand them, and how long does assembling it take?

What you get

A record per run

What was asked, what started it, the limits checked, the tools used, the decision and its reason, who approved anything needing approval, and fingerprints over the inputs and the output. Appended, never edited.

Five-pillar scoring

Responsibility, auditability, interpretability, dependability and traceability, scored from the records. Missing evidence caps a score rather than nudging it.

Measures that cannot flatter

Each one paired with the measure that keeps it honest, and every figure labelled with where it came from — measured, sampled, assumed, or not computable with the reason.

A pack somebody else can check

Assembled from the records rather than written by hand, verifiable without access to our system.

Reconstruction applies to runs whose evidence was captured and retained. The console shows you where evidence is incomplete rather than filling the gap with a zero.

Where this stands today

A governed gateway that records every call, and scoring across the five pillars, run today as components — we can show you both on screen. The integrated record, the signed evidence pack and the ranked list of fixes are in development.
