Agents Delivery

Getting agents built and released through gates, so that release is a decision somebody made on evidence rather than a day somebody felt ready.

The questions it answers

  • What was this agent actually asked to do, and who agreed to that?
  • What does good look like, and was that written down before it was built or after?
  • Who checked it, and were they the person who built it?
  • The model changed last week — what happens to everything that was approved on the old one?
  • Can we release quickly without discovering afterwards that nobody looked?

What you get

A lifecycle that moves

Seven stages, each with one gate and a named person who clears it. Designed so a small team can go from proposal to live in days — the gates are cheap when the evidence exists, and only expensive when it does not.

A baseline before the build

The measures and the target recorded before anyone writes a prompt, because a target set afterwards is a description of what you got.

Separation that holds

Nobody releases an agent they built, and no agent approves its own work. Both enforced in code, so they survive a busy week.

Change that reopens the gate

A new model, a new tool or a widened permission returns the agent to the stage that checked it — automatically, with the previous approval marked as superseded rather than deleted.

We work on your agents, with your team, in your environment. We do not take the build away.

Where this stands today

The seven stages, their gates and the two separation rules are the design Agentry is being built to, and we apply them to your agents today. The lifecycle screen and the gate queue are in build; the rules themselves are written and fixed.
