Measures
Adoption, quality and cost — measured the honest way
Every agent carries the same measures, so a practice is the sum of its agents and the organisation is the sum of its practices. Nothing is redefined on the way up.
| The easy number | The one that keeps it honest |
|---|---|
| Used — of the work it was eligible for, how much it did | Accepted — did the person take the result |
| Completed without help | Escalated — how often it asked for a person |
| Accepted | Reversed — work undone afterwards |
| Approval rate in the review queue | Seeded errors caught, and approvals made in under five seconds |
| Cost per run | Cost per successful task, against doing it by hand |
| Acted outside its limits — the one number that must stay zero, never averaged into anything | |
Every figure carries its source
Measured, sampled, assumed, or not computable with the reason named. A zero is never used for something that was not measured.
Maturity is computed, not claimed
Six levels, from unobserved use to governance that improves itself. The level moves when the evidence moves, and the platform names what is blocking the next one.
Quality needs a person
A sample, every rejection and every escalation go to a human, and those verdicts are what the quality figure is built from.
