Agents Capability

Your own people running this after we have gone, with the standards written down and a maturity level you can evidence rather than claim.

The questions it answers

  • Who in this organisation is allowed to own an agent, and what must they know first?
  • Our reviewers disagree with each other. Is that a training problem or a rubric problem?
  • How do we know our review is catching anything?
  • What is our actual maturity, as opposed to the one in last year's self-assessment?
  • What happens when the person who built all of this leaves?

What you get

Seats, and what each one may do

Agent owner, team, practice, organisation, system manager, auditor. Each sees its own level and below, never above, and no screen reports what an individual person did.

A review discipline

A rubric, a sampling rate, and agreement measured between reviewers — so you find out whether two people looking at the same output reach the same verdict.

Checks that test the checkers

Known errors seeded into the review queue, and signals for approval that has become a stamp — an approval rate climbing while the time spent deciding falls.

A maturity level, computed

Levels 0 to 5, derived from the evidence in the platform rather than answered in a questionnaire, and recomputed every month whether or not anyone is watching.

The measure of this work is that you stop needing it.

Where this stands today

Seats, the review discipline, seeded errors and reviewer agreement are specified and partly running. Rubric versions, the standards register and a maturity level recomputed month on month are in development.
