Evidence and assurance
What a record contains, how it is held, and what it will never contain.
What a record holds
For each job: what it was asked, what started it, the limits that were checked, the tools it used, the decision and its reason, who approved anything needing approval, and the version of the agent and model that produced it — with fingerprints over the inputs, the context and the output.
How it is held
Records are appended, never edited, and chained so an alteration is detectable. Checkpoints are signed, and an evidence pack can be verified by someone with no access to our system.
What it never holds
Which individual person used an agent. There is no field for it, so it cannot be switched on later.
What reconstruction means here
A run can be reconstructed where its evidence was captured and retained. We do not claim more than that, and the console shows where evidence is incomplete.
See it working
Thirty minutes, on screen. We will show you what runs today, say what is still being built, and answer what we cannot do yet.
